1. Agreement to Terms

By submitting a request for a ClearSignal SEO report or using any deliverable provided by PinePoint.io under the ClearSignal SEO brand, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not submit a request or use our services.

These terms apply to all clients, prospects, and users who interact with ClearSignal SEO in any capacity.

2. Service Description

ClearSignal SEO is a proprietary SEO intelligence service operated exclusively by PinePoint.io. We provide executive-level SEO analysis reports delivered as PDF documents. Reports include strategic findings, competitive benchmarking, prioritized recommendations, and custom implementation plans.

3. No Guarantee of Results

ClearSignal SEO reports are powered by proprietary analysis and publicly available performance data. All findings, scores, recommendations, and projections are provided for strategic guidance only.

PinePoint.io makes no guarantee, express or implied, that implementing any recommendation will result in specific SEO outcomes, traffic increases, ranking improvements, or revenue growth. Actual results depend on:

• Quality and speed of implementation by the client
• Market conditions and competitive landscape
• Search engine algorithm changes outside our control
• Content quality, backlink profile, and other external factors

4. Payment Terms

All payments are due prior to report delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. Our current pricing is:

• Starter — $99 (1 report)
• Growth — $399 (5 reports)
• Agency — $1,499 (10 reports)

Prices are subject to change. Confirmed engagements will be honored at the agreed price regardless of subsequent pricing changes.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the custom, research-intensive nature of ClearSignal SEO reports, all sales are final once a report has been delivered. If you believe your report contains a material error, contact us within 5 business days of delivery and we will review and correct it at no charge.

6. Intellectual Property

All ClearSignal SEO reports, methodology, scoring systems, frameworks, and deliverables are the proprietary intellectual property of PinePoint.io. Upon full payment, clients receive a non-exclusive license to use their individual report internally for business purposes.

Clients may not:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute any ClearSignal SEO report or methodology
• Reproduce the ClearSignal SEO framework or scoring system under any other brand
• Use report content in public-facing marketing without written permission from PinePoint.io

7. Data & Privacy

When you submit a request through clearsignalseo.io, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, and website URL solely for the purpose of fulfilling your report request and following up on your inquiry.

We do not:

• Sell or share your personal information with third parties
• Store your website data beyond what is required to generate your report
• Use your information for advertising or marketing to unrelated parties

By submitting a request, you consent to being contacted by PinePoint.io regarding your ClearSignal SEO inquiry.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PinePoint.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or reliance on a ClearSignal SEO report, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, or business interruption.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a ClearSignal SEO engagement shall not exceed the amount you paid for the report in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Maine, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of ClearSignal SEO services shall be resolved in the courts of Maine.

10. Changes to These Terms

PinePoint.io reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted at clearsignalseo.io/terms with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
